Nikolay Chashnikov 769a2bec0f [plugins] support 'namespace' attribute for 'dependencies.module' tag (IJPL-206556) ...

Now namespace of the content module is stored in PluginModuleId, but it isn't used for comparison for now unless a system property is specified. Code which deals with dependencies on content modules is updated to take namespaces into account.
