Vladimir Krivosheev 7dceff9d42 update libraries ...

Updated several library dependency versions including error-prone-annotations, kotlinx-serialization-protobuf-jvm, grpc-protobuf, netty-codec-http2, and more. This was done to take advantage of recent bug fixes, security patches, and performance improvements in the updated versions.
