Sergei Tachenov f475cc044e IJPL-188114 [terminal] Scale the terminal font size when applying settings ...

This bit was lost when migrating from family names to font preferences.
As the preferences are taken from the service that stores unscaled sizes,
they must be scaled manually when applying.
