* rename "AbstractVcsHelper.showChangesBrowser()" to "showCommittedChangesBrowser()"
* rename "BrowseChangesAction" to "BrowseCommittedChangesAction"
* move "BrowseCommittedChangesAction" located in [vcs.impl] to "com.intellij.openapi.vcs.changes.committed" package
