Nikolay Chashnikov b11aff0af1 [devkit] support 'namespace' attribute for 'dependencies.module' tag (IJPL-206556) ...

For now, the attribute isn't used for module resolution. It's added to the DOM module to ensure that IDE won't highlight it as unresolved.
