Previously, you needed to execute a Jupyter cell in the debug mode, to have an ability to set breakpoints for this cell. In case, this cell was executed in the common Run mode, then all breakpoints for this cell will be skipped during debugging. * This commit added an ability for the Python Debugger to see breakpoints for jupyter cells that have beed executed in the common Run mode.
