Alexander Zolotov 8fc20d6b15 Manage external dependencies of IntellIJ project sources via Gradle (IDEA-162511) ...

- clean before setting up dependencies
- download JREs and JDKs to dependencies/build directory
- add kotlin to classpath during compilation
- preserve symlinks and file permissions during creating jbre archive
- redist jbre and jbrex archives
