This is needed to run JetBrains Client from installations of products where some main plugin modules (e.g. 'intellij.performanceTesting.async') aren't available. This is a temporary solution. Ideally, we should specify which modules from a plugin should be included in JetBrains Client process, and automatically generate different lists of bundled plugins (see IJPL-230) for JetBrains Client in different IDEs.
