Nikolay Chashnikov 5abfde45e3 [eclipse] fix various problems with loading/saving eclipse projects under workspace model ...

It now preserves order of source roots, generates unique names for module libraries, attaches JavaSourceRootEntity to source roots, uses JAR urls for library roots.

More tests are converted to use high-level methods to load and save project configuration to check how implementation from workspace model works.
