Vladimir Shefer e745cbf271 [terminal] IJPL-159812 FUS: Warn when metric span end is unmatched with start ...

Initially I put here an .error, but it is actually (sometimes) expected behavior, e.g. when user pastes multiple commands at once when the shell does not support bracketed paste.
It breaks the tests.
