TargetProcessCommands.downloadAfterExecution built an absolute target path for the download prefix when the working dir equals the volume root (the common single-module case), so volume.download got a path that is not relative to targetRoot and silently failed. As a result pyproject.toml and uv.lock edited by uv on the remote were never synced back, leaving the local files stale - e.g. adding a package over SSH did not update the local pyproject.toml. Extract the prefix computation into computeDownloadRelativeDir and return an empty prefix when the working dir is the volume root. Cover it with a unit test and an SSH end-to-end regression test that a remote-created pyproject.toml is downloaded back to the local working dir.
