Nikita Skvortsov 8e6c776f16 [gradle] Do not search for SLF4J JUL backend based on class. IDEA-288003 ...

It causes full idea app.jar to appear on compile server (build process) class path. The backend is expected to be added to 3rd-party-rt.jar for now.
