Maxim Kropotov d7c8c52107 WEB-27678: fix live templates with 'enforce quotes' settings ...

Replacing whole of quoted string when it contains live template var invalidates range marker used by live templates.
Attempt to work around invalidating marker by replacing only minimally required parts.
