Move the experiment and statistics uploader modules from the legacy stats.jar platform layout entry to the product content model. The modules are now declared as embedded content modules, with generated descriptors and product snapshots updated so packaging is driven by content metadata instead of the hard-coded jar entry.

CodeServer declares the uploader explicitly because it embeds statistics directly and the content model forbids implicit descriptor-bearing modules through the runtime dependency closure.
