JDK25 javac processes type annotations (@NotNull/@Nullable) on ALL methods of a loaded class, not just the ones being called. This means that if module M uses class C, and C has a method whose signature references type T from dependency D, then M needs D on its classpath — even if M never calls that method and jdeps doesn't show a direct reference.
