nik f9b315cbc6 IntelliJ project configuration: add runtime dependency from task.core to tasks.jira ...

plugin.xml from tasks.core plugin includes classes defined in tasks.jira module so without this dependency building bundled plugin list will fail with ClassNotFoundException (see GOLAND-CR-31).
