Nikolay Chashnikov 3bc1fc490d [ui] always specify classloader for LaF classes (IJPL-128) ...

Currently, classes from all JARs from IDE_HOME lib are loaded by the system classloader, but this may change when the IDE is started using the new modular way. So it's better to explicitly specify the classloader to load LaF classes.
