IJI-928 IJI-772 IDEA-301924 .zip archive cannot store timestamps older than 1980 year (see specification: https://pkware.cachefly.net/webdocs/casestudies/APPNOTE.TXT). If timestamps aren't stored then .zip content files modification time will be set to extraction time diverging from modification times specified in .manifest.
