Egor.Eliseev 6d5199b9e7 PY-44112 Renaming a pytest fixture deletes typing information ...

Fixture as `PyNamedParameter` with type range fixed. Now the length of the range doesn't include the length of a type.
When renaming a parameter with annotation, the annotation is passed to constructor of a new element.
