Studio needs to be able to exclude the JCEF plugin without disabling plugins whose core features do not require browser support. Keep the JCEF-backed implementations in optional content modules and route host code through lightweight extension points and fallbacks.

This splits Images, Markdown, and Clangd JCEF integrations into optional modules, marks Mermaid's Markdown/JCEF module optional, and updates downstream, test, and product metadata for explicit dependencies and packaging.
