Semyon Proshev 8c2a53ec21 Don't collect/substitute generics on PyClassLikeType as it should be PyCollectionType in case of being generic (PY-37601) 
`Derived.__init__` should be in test case to work with `Derived` type, not `object` one.
Generic parent should be in test case to have generic `__call__` but not being generic as a class.
