Vladimir Parfinenko 149d3476b4 [debugger] shorten default breakpoint display text, IJPL-150264 ...

It helps to fit breakpoint names without overloaded getDisplayText.
Previously they used the full absolute path,
now they use the forcibly shortened path relative to the project.
