Sergey Simonchik 88b02a7b45 [terminal] refactor API for running code blocks after lock ...

* Rename `withoutLock` to `afterLock`.
* Replace cryptic `WithoutLockRegistrar = (() -> Unit) -> Unit` with `AfterLockActionRegistrar`, so `afterLock` is navigatable in IDE now.
