Vojtech Balik 8663f0b260 [declarative-inlays] IJPL-29606 add support for declared options outside the main checkbox tree in settings ...

* Options declared during registration can now be set to be displayed outside the checkbox tree, in the right pane, via the `showInTree` field.
* Static previews for inlay hints now support option parser-directives, to enable the preview to react dynamically to changes to options displayed in the same right-pane.

These changes support 'solution B' described in IJPL-29606.
