Nikolay Chashnikov 2dab26b9c4 [platform] refactoring: move IntelliJIdeaUpdateStrategyCustomization to platform (IJPL-204) 
There are other IDEs that enable showWhatIsNewPageAfterUpdate option, so it's better to reuse the implementation.
