Andrey Vlasovskikh cfe29d7846 Revert "Detect SQL fragments only in the beginning of string literals" (PY-11828) ...

It was a temporary solution for injecting SQL into concatenated fragments of
strings. Now fragment injection handles it well.

This reverts commit 546c532128.
