Sometimes in tests, we might have both pycharm prof and pycharm community customization in the class-path. To prevent class-path disaster (two plugins include the same module), we extract the same modules into `customization.shared` plugin and bundle it both with PyCharm pro and Communi GitOrigin-RevId: f86cffcee7b3131064d7236ca3b2e97f124ea360
