Mikhail Golubev ecdf0754a6 PY-12002 Restore providing keywords arguments in calls related to Django models 
broken due to the recent update of KeywordArgumentCompletionUtil:
891c4bf405.

Namely, for classes with __init__ containing **kwarg, it's properly
passed to PyKeywordArgumentProviders. It broke down because reference in
a constructor call is resolved into both class and its constructor, but
only the type of the corresponding class is inferred. Also,
parameters of the actual function is used, not those supplied by
a type provider because the latter usually omit "self", and then
presense of **kwargs can be overlooked due to the way
KwArgParameterCollector handles them.

Mikhail Golubev f26af18f70 PY-27178 Parenthesised expression parsing doesn't hang at the end of file 
Normally, it shouldn't happen, since Python lexer is supposed to put the
special STATEMENT_BREAK token right at the end of file, but apparently
it may not be the case during editing of an injected fragment.

Mikhail Golubev 8eda017f0f PyBinaryExpression#getReceiver() is aware of chained comparisons 
Otherwise, it might lead to some subtle problems when this method is
used for unification of generic types.

Also, PyPrefixExpression now extends PyCallSiteExpression since
technically it is and should have been marked this way long ago.

Mikhail Golubev b163d29281 Keep the flag whether a function is a generator in its stub 
Otherwise, it leads to unnecessary unstubbing in
PyTypingTypeProvider#toAsyncIfNeeded() that affected tests related to
coroutine types:

* Py3TypeTest#testAwaitOnImportedCoroutine
* PyiTypeTest#testCoroutineType

I've also added similar checks in remaining tests on type inference.
