62f9692d64 [java] Improve quick-fixes on expression statements: 
1. Put 'Iterate' and 'Introduce local variable' above 'Insert semicolon' where possible
2. Add 'Insert return' fix where possible (IDEA-267682)
3. Display type in 'Iterate' fix name (IDEA-267796)
