Andrey Vlasovskikh	5bf4650f0b	PY-38585 Moved registration of PyCharmProfessionalAdvertiser to intellij.pycharm.community.customization ... After the recent refactoring of PyCharm-specific classes into the PyCharm Community Customization plugin the PyCharm Professional advertisement annotator got into intellij.pycharm.community that actually didn't depend on the module where these classes were defined. Since the annotator is specific to PyCharm Community it looks like intellij.pycharm.community.customization is now the best place for it.
