3fcec7e44c IJPL-172897 Rename EelDescriptor.{upgrade,toEelApi} 
According to feedback, the name `upgrade` confuses people.

We refused `getEelApi` because this call usually implies a getter, and a getter usually implies some lightweight operation.

We refused `make`, `convert`, `get` and other short methods because they're as confusing as `upgrade`.

53c2f2c603 [java] cleanup: remove unused incorrect dependencies from the intellij.java.execution.impl.* modules 
They aren't used in code and won't work at runtime anyway because there are no corresponding dependencies in the plugin descriptor.

This change is also necessary to avoid failures in the test which verifies dependencies (IJPL-171921).

75ecbf846d [ByteCodeViewer] IDEA-372346 Fix local classes not working 
Allow local classes to work with bytecode viewer.

Add a method in ClassUtil that takes into account anonymous and local classes
and move duplicated logic into that method.

Presumably, everything that used JavaAnonymousClassesHelper wanted local classes too.

Also deprecate ClassUtil#getJVMClassName

a7ca86e1b3 IJPL-181190: initial commit - Run tool window split. 
* New registry flag `run.toolwindow.split.enabled` to switch to a split mode for Run tabs produced by DefaultJavaProgramRunner.
* Stores session data and makes it available through RPC api.
* Currently shows a dummy tab on the frontend, not a real content.
