5e76b432ee cleanup: remove invalid schema location URLs from ApplicationInfo.xsd and *ApplicationInfo.xml files 
It makes no sense to have schemaLocation pointing to an invalid URL, and we don't have plans to upload ApplicationInfo.xsd to some server for now. (This would require us to bother about versions, whereas currently IntelliJ IDEA can take the proper version of ApplicationInfo.xsd from the classpath and use it to provide validation, completion and documentation in *ApplicationInfo.xml files.)

305ce49100 Explicitly set product prefixes in dev build numbers of PyCharm IDEs 
Without it under debug the product build, as returned by ApplicationInfo.getBuild(),
contains only the numeric part specified in build.txt, e.g. "203.SNAPSHOT".

In particular, this version is then used in requests to Marketplace leading
to most of the plugins being treated as incompatible with debug instances of
the IDEs. FUS and CWM also have problems communicating with IDEs without
prefixes.

This feature of ApplicationInfo.xml was originally introduced in
68c820f66c, and all other IDEs already follow
this scheme.

3deec2bc14 PY-39320 Incorrect PythonApplicationInfo.xml values for PyCharm with Anaconda plugin 
*ApplicationInfo.xml files weren't patched well, so PYA/PCA product codes weren't be written at all and it leaded to
problem with updates. Fixed product code for PyCharm with Anaconda both Community and Professional.
