Inspection suggests conversions:
1. FileInputStream -> Files.newInputStream
2. FileOutputStream -> Files.newOutputStream
in cases when FileInputStream can be replaced with InputStream.
Also, it reuses path variable after conversion when possible (path variable should be effectively final).
