Mikhail Golubev 572ada016f PY-30403 Use a more permissive scheme for extracting versions from artifacts 
Namely, don't require it to end only with .tar.gz since it excludes
all .zip and .whl archives and also take into account that according to
PEP 440 it may end wih a number of dash-delimited parts containing
interpreter and platform compatibility tags e.g. cp33-cp33m-manylinux1,
etc.

and considered before the dedicated injector for f-strings takes place.
Also, PyInjectionUtil.registerStringLiteralInjection now takes care of
f-string injections itself.

Ilya.Kazakevich 83b6278502 PY-30762: Rename param usages when fixture (to which param has reference) is renamed 
Param usage has reference to PyNamedParam.
                    PyNamedParam has reference to fixture.

                    When we rename fixture, PyNamedParam is also renamed because
                    PyNamedParam#isReferenceTo(Fixture) == true, but ParamUsage#isReferenceTo(Fixture) is not.

                    We use EP to fix it.

Anton Bragin 84994a13da PY-30827 PyRenameElementQuickFix fixed to work both with physical and virtual files 
New implementation extends LocalQuickFixAndIntentionActionOnPsiElement and uses Editor instance provided by super class
instead of retrieving it. The clients are updated accordingly. Duplicated code extracted into PyQuickFixUtil.
