Kirill Likhodedov daf89aba0e [git] Disable "Show history" in fresh repository. IDEA-89357 
Introduce VcsHistoryProvider#canShowHistoryFor() for additional restrictions on showing history for a certain file.
By default return true, for Git check if the repository is fresh.

we can check for "working" to diff merge conflict result from update conflict; and can compare contents to find out which side is our local base revision

Pass the directory itself (otherwise the diff is calculated for the whole repository).
