Christian Williams 217a6ba514 Activate Maven extensions during project resolution. 
Load extensions so custom transports can be registered, and invoke
AbstractMavenLifecycleParticipant#afterSessionStart() and #afterProjectsRead()
so extensions have a chance to modify the project model.

Fixes IDEA-119940 Maven extensions not activated

Eugene Kudelevsky aa68b4017c IDEA-111122 remove attached jar artifact coming from "apklib" dependency from the dependencies of app module: users add it to deploy jar to Maven repository in addition to "apklib" file, but we don't need to add it to the classpath, because it leads to class duplication [rev=sergey.evdokimov]

Sergey Evdokimov 9f7fb6cef0 IDEA-116383 cannot reconnect 
Some RuntimeException contains not serializable class 'org.apache.maven.model.building.DefaultModelProblem'. So IDEA throw java.rmi.UnmarshalException  caused by java.io.NotSerializableException.
