Andrey Vlasovskikh 97d13f1b8a Volatile caches in Python PSI elements 
They can be calculated, assigned to, and later read by multiple threads,
so it's better to make it volatile to share the calculated
instance among readers properly.

Marked volatile object reference fields with @Nullable and added
nullity checks.

Marked the fields that actually are immutable with 'final'.
