84fa4799ff IDEA-278619 [platform] Update analysis dialogs 
The new UI DSL is used for additional settings.
Standardized UI files name to `XAdditionalUi.kt` for `XAction.java`.
Please note that a top gap should be included in the additional settings panel.

c0d212d2be Extract "call chain hints provider" from Java to language independent implementation 
This commit also changes implementation a bit (I believe to positive direction).
This commit is required for next commits in order to implement Kotlin's call chain hints
