Sometimes activation function can be called, when matplotlib module isn't fully imported. Do not remove activation function until the module is imported properly.

_jb_django_behave.py:
"scenario_n_options" already contains all options and arguments
behave needs (see how this method is called).
No need to duplicate them using "sys.argv[1:]"

When some scenarios are skipped due to tags, behave reports their steps but never reports "match" for them.

So, on next "match" stale (ignored actually) step is left on stack and used instead of real one

fitermay 61c21ab776 Handle console tracebacks for frameworks that invoke sys.except_hook (PY-28599, pr#738) 
Some frameworks invoke sys.excepthook themselves. This behavior is
described in IPython and IPython handles this. In those cases
showtraceback is invoked with the exception tuple as an argument
and not contained inside sys.exc_info()
