Alexander Shparun 8d98a1c726 [fleet] semblance of structured concurrency in RpcExecutor 
RpcExecutor acts as a dispatcher of incoming requests
to a set of services that do not necessarily have the same lifetime;

if one wants to retract a service, there should be a way to cancel
all associated coroutines as well

Nikolay Chashnikov 16cd137c98 [remote dev] refactoring: introduce and use intellij.platform.backend module as a marker for modules not compatible with the frontend process 
Before, we used intellij.platform.monolith module for that, but it looks strange when modules that can work at the backend have dependency on 'monolith'. And it may cause problems in the future if we start using separate installations for monolith and backend. So given that to fix IJPL-164312 we need to mark more modules as incompatible with frontend, it's better to use the proper marker.

Kate Botsman 2f32dae029 IJPL-166285 Fix accessing unregistered RPC breaks following RPC calls 
If RPC is not followed, backend throws an error `No remote API found for InstanceId` in `RemoteApiRegistry.resolve`.
`RpcExecutor`, however, expects this method to return `null` if service was not found, not an exception.

Therefore, the exception is propagated upward which breaks the kernel and prevents further RPC calls from executing.

We should adhere to the API requirements and return `null` if service was not found instead of throwing an error.

Kate Botsman 4d781b9877 IJPL-165422 Fix Rhizome breaks if exception is thrown under withKernel 
`withKernel` method attaches current coroutine to core `kernelCoroutineScope`
If current coroutine is finished with an exception, the cancellation is propagated to the parent job.
This cancels `kernelCoroutineScope` and prevents further usage of the scope. The scope is never recreated, so it becomes impossible to use Rhizome after that.

As a solution, `kernelCoroutineScope` should be a supervisor to avoid it being canceled by children.
We can do that by creating `childScope` under the root scope.

Kate Botsman 4094cb7663 IJPL-160418 Fix project leak in tests by enforcing latest change flush 
When `ProjectEntity` is deleted with `LocalProjectEntity` all its data stored inside `Novelty` which represents the difference between two DB snapshots (before and after the change).

Therefore, `Project` has an active reference which doesn't allow it to be collected by GC.

`testProjectLeak` checks that all project instances are collected and it fails.

The workaround here is to invoke another change after removing the project entity, which will replace the old `Novelty` with a new one, thus removing the active reference to a project.
