Anna Kozlova 64ab504439 [kotlin] use common gutter tooltips api with links (KTIJ-23893) 
generalization, links to classes are added similar to java tooltips, names are presented based on short name and containing text, modules are shown in MPP in case also for overriding/implementing callables

Dmitry Savvinov 02c16a28b2 [kotlin] Adjust testdata after several changes in rendering of linemarkers 
1. Now text of line markers contains "Click or press ... to navigate"
Most of places fixed in

2. Now line markers are sorted by their 'asString' to make their order
stable when they start at the same offset. The commit introduced it in

Daniil Ovchinnikov 045f3b69e9 update test data after cd492b6469fa83c555022a24ce78f0b8faa5b7ce 
`PsiElementListCellRenderer#getComparingObject` implementation was obtaining module renderer without calling
`getListCellRendererComponent` on it, so `DefaultListCellRenderer#getText` always returned `null`,
which means the test was incorrect from the start. It's still a mystery why only this test had failed.

Alexander Dudinsky b6d0f6b5cf New HMPP import and highlighting tests 
New tests `testHmppLibAndConsumer` and `testMultiModulesHmpp` were added
The first is a test with MPP library and its consumers, it checks import
and also highlighting before and after the library was published
The second is a project which contains three multiplatform modules and
two platform modules and checks import and highlighting.
