Update docs, cleanup code after refactor (#199)

* Clean up code, add simple IntUiTheme entry point

Moved foundation.tree into foundation.lazy, too.

* Update README for 0.8.0

Added code samples, updated project structure, added sections on custom
window decoration and icon runtime patching.

* Add getting started section
