[Formatter] Provided ability to skip building injected blocks by setting AbstractBlock "myBuildInjectedBlocks" flag.

[JavaFormatter] If this flag is set no "InjectedLanguageUtil.hasInjections" check will be performed, which dramatically improves performance of formatter-based indent detector.
